3 tbsp gochugaru

 

2 tbsp mirin

 

2 tbsp soy sauce

 

2 tbsp brown sugar

 

4 garlic cloves (crushed)

 

2 teaspoon korean mustard paste

 

2 green onions (sliced into quarter-inch pieces)

 

1 teaspoon black pepper
