About the Recipe

This daiquiri comes from the New Orleans tiki bar Latitude 29 from arguably one of the biggest names in the tiki world, Jeff “Beachbum” Berry. Berry spent more than a year perfecting his recipe that only has a few ingredients: sugar, lime juice, and rum.

Simple drinks are often the hardest drinks because they demand perfection and even the slightest variation can throw-off the entire drink.

Always use fresh limes for lime juice, it makes a world of difference.
